A woman’s liver stitching needle was removed during an operation of about 2 hours at SMS Hospital in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This is the first time that a needle or pin removal operation has been done through a telescope. The woman says that while sewing, this needle got stuck in the teeth and went inside. Due to this she started having difficulty in breathing and started having pain in the stomach, then he showed many doctors nearby.
After this, he showed up at SMS Hospital and Dr. Richa told that it had been 10 days since the patient was admitted. Many tests including sonography, endoscopy, X-ray, CT scan had to be done repeatedly. Because once the needle was not visible in any investigation for a few days. In view of this, we once decided to send the patient back home, but the last time the sonography was done, the needle was detected inside the liver.
