Military Helpline 7353662255 launched for veterans of seven districts

   Airawat Division has established a 24 x 7 Military Helpline to enable each and every veteran residing in Patiala, Fatehgarh Sahib, Sangrur, Malerkotla, Barnala districts of Punjab as well as Ambala, Yamunanagar districts of Haryana to seek any assistance, medical or administrative, from the army .

   The Helpline, with a single contact number for seven districts, will act as a one stop solution for resolution of all queries/issues in a time bound manner for which the operators of the Helpline are well integrated with MH, ECHS Polyclinics, Empanelled Hospitals,  Ambulance Service Providers, Veteran Sahayata Kendras (VSK), Station Headquarters, Station URCs and Station Institutes.

   The Helpline operators will either provide the required information themselves or arrange a call back from a Medical Officer/Administrative Officer or concerned office. The query/issue once logged will be pursued by the operator until the veteran declares resolution of the same. In case of non-resolution of an issue, the veteran can request for escalation of the issue to higher authority.

   The Helpline has been instituted with the faith that our veterans are our pride and no comfort is complete without ensuring that they are safe, healthy and taken care of in every aspect.
