Vaccination Camp Organised at District Courts Complex

Under the able guidance of District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman District Legal Services Authority Mr. Rajinder Agarwal, the District Legal Services Authority in collaboration with the Health Department organised a second vaccination camp at District Courts Complex Patiala to vaccinate about 220 judicial officers and staff.  All were given second dose of the vaccine to curb the spread of COVID. District and Sessions Judge Mr. Rajinder Agarwal said that a second camp has been conducted at District Courts today in which about 220 judicial officers, lawyers, staff and paralegal volunteers have been given second dose of vaccine to protect them from COVID pandemic. He said the vaccine was essential to beat the corona pandemic.  At a time, when cases of the Coronavirus infection are on the rise in the country and precious lives are being lost, vaccination is the only cure and every citizen should get vaccinated against Corona. He directed the staff to ensure social distance, masks and sanitizers to control the pandemic as per the guidelines laid down by the government.


      During the camp, a vaccination team from the health department led by Medical Officer Dr. Poonam administered the vaccine to more than 220 people, including judicial officers, staff and lawyers.
