Acting swiftly on reports of missing of two minor girls, District Police Patiala got succeed to re-connect these girls with their families with in 24 hours.
Divulging the details, SSP Vikram Jeet Duggal said that Police Station Julka had got two separate reports of missing of two minor girls. First one was reported on September 9 while second one on September 10.
Following the registration of FIRs, the district police launched massive search operation to recover the both minor girls who were in the age group of 14 to 17 years. He said that due the bindings of Punjab State Commission for Child Rights, we can not disclose the identity of both the minors but our police personnel did the commendable job of finding the both in a record time.
Appreciating the Julka Police Station staff, he said that the first and foremost duty of the police was to recover the both minor girls that was done efficiently and professionally. He said that police has arrested a person in this case too. Both the minors have been handed over to the Families concerned.
