Annual Athletics Meet 2021-22 Organized by the World University

 Annual Athletics Meet 2021-22 was organized by Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University at Baba Fateh Singh Stadium of the University on 17th March 2022, in which students from various departments participated and demonstrated their skills. The Athletics Meet was inaugurated by the Pro-Chancellor of the University, Prof. (Dr.) Ajaib Singh Brar. The occasion was graced by the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. (Dr.) Prit Pal Singh and Dean Academic Affairs Prof. (Dr.) Sukhwinder Singh Billing, with their presence. The Gatka team of the university performed Gatka exhibition and Jangju Johar. 300 players from more than 20 departments participated in these competitions. During the Athletics Meet, competitions were held in the long jump, high jump, shot put, discus throw and 4×100 relay races, besides 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m races.
